clove privacy policy

clove is a small app for sharing drawings, feelings, and check-ins with people you choose. we collect as little as possible.

what we store

• your display name — shown to the people in your groups.
• your phone number (optional) — if you add it, we store it so friends can find you. for matching, phone numbers are one-way hashed; we never share your number with other users or third parties.
• sign in with apple identifier — an anonymous identifier from apple used only to recover your account.
• your moments — drawings, feelings, and status check-ins you send are stored so the people in your group can see them.
• a push token — so we can deliver moments to your widgets.

what we don't do

• no ads, no trackers, no analytics brokers.
• we never sell or share your data with third parties.
• your moments are visible only to members of your group.

where it lives

data is stored with cloudflare (database and file storage) and delivered through apple's push notification service.

deleting your data

you can delete your account and everything attached to it anytime in the app: settings → privacy & safety → delete my account. or email clove@vysecreative.com and we will do it for you.
